From Our Pasture
Individual cuts live in the on-farm store freezer — stop in any day, 7am to 7pm. Larger orders are reserved by phone.
Our Angus herd is raised entirely on grass — pasture in summer, stored forage in winter. No grain, no hormones, no antibiotics. The result is beef that tastes like beef should.
Hogs raised outdoors with room to root and room to roam. We rotate them through fresh pasture and finish on a balanced ration — the way small Wisconsin farms have always done it.
Our USDA organic blueberry patch is the centerpiece of summer. Mid-July opens U-pick and pre-picked berries by the pint and pail — call ahead for larger pre-picked orders so we can have them ready when you arrive.
Come May and June we have asparagus out of the field, and the patch produces a rotating stock of raspberries, strawberries, apples, and pears alongside the blueberries during the growing months. Frozen organic blueberries are stocked in the on-farm store year-round.
